Spa Policy


To ensure that you obtain the appointments you desire, please make reservations in advance. A credit card guarantee is required at the time of booking. Prices are subject to change without notice. If you are using a coupon, promotion code or Gift Certificate please mention it at the time of booking. Please keep in mind that discounts and promotions cannot be combined.


Please arrive at least 5 to 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This will allow adequate time to fill out intake form (for first time clients), change and get ready for your treatment. Your appointment will start promptly at the scheduled time. Arriving late to your scheduled appointment will regrettably deprive you of valuable treatment time. To avoid delaying the next client, your treatment will end on time regardless of how late you begin.


Please keep in mind that we do have a 24 hours cancellation policy and no same day cancellation or rescheduling. A full price of the treatment will be charged to your credit card for appointments that are rescheduled or cancelled less than 24 hours.

We value your business and appreciate your cooperation with our cancellation policy. Please respect our scheduling by keeping appointments whenever possible and providing a minimum of 24hour notice when canceling or rescheduling appointments. If using a certificate or voucher, we need to hold your certificate/voucher number because your services are guaranteed reservations reserved for you, full payment is required for the following conditions:

  • Less than 24-hour notification to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
  • No-show or missed appointments.
  • Late arrivals - please keep in mind that arriving late for a service may require us to shorten the length of the treatment, with full charges applied, so as not to inconvenience other guests. We regret that late arrivals will not receive extension of scheduled appointments. When booking your appointments within 24 hours Changes or Cancellations will be subject to a fee (Full Price).


All sales are final. We are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transactions on Gift Certificates or our spa series of treatment that were purchased.


The recommended standard gratuity for spa services is 15%-20% of the regular price of the treatment received. However, the gratuity you leave is entirely based on your satisfaction. Gratuities are welcome!
